From the Arizona desert (USA) to Lake Lucerne (Switzerland)

I’m happy to share that I’ve started a new chapter as a Lecturer in Sustainability at the Lucerne University of Applied Sciences and Arts, Institute of Business and Regional Economics, Competence Centre Regional Economy.

At HSLU, I’m excited to

  • continue my research on the governance for the transformation of social-ecological systems towards sustainability, sustainable resource use, governance of trade-off situations towards sustainability, among others
  • co-coordinate sustainability at the School of Business across research and education
  • co-lead the CAS in Sustainable Management and the CAS in Circular Economy
  • teach in the fields of sustainability and ethics

I look forward to continuing collaborations, connecting with new colleagues and students, and working with partners from the Lucerne region and beyond to bring knowledge into action through co-production processes that improve outcomes for people and nature.
